Jeff Avila, Rogue Valley resident since 1999, has been a Real Estate Broker since 2002, holding the e-PRO designation as a Certified Internet Specialist from National Association of REALTORS®. As many Buyers have told him, he “goes the extra mile” in all he does working with clients.
Jeff's hobbies include playing music as a performer (bass guitar, drums and vocals), watching baseball and cooking. Jeff lives in Medford with his wife Christina and their two sons David and Tony.
Kathy Herod has been a Realtor for more than 20 years and has personal experience as an investor in residential, rural, and multifamily real estate. She has assisted buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of their primary residences and investment properties.
Additionally, as Principal Broker since 2004, she has headed a team in real estate sales and in the management of property rentals for more than 300 owners. She is a past President and Treasurer of Southern Oregon Rental Owners Association, and past Treasurer and Vice-President of Women’s Council of Realtors.
She completes annual continuing education to stay on top of the current issues facing the real estate, rental and investment market. She has achieved the designations of GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), e-Pro (Advanced Digital Marketing Techniques) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).
She became a member of the Million Dollar Club of Rogue Valley Association of Realtors in 2005, and has received numerous awards and recognitions including Entrepreneur of the Year of Women’s Council of Realtors.
Kasy Locken was born and raised in the Rogue Valley, and grew up playing baseball, football and snowboarding. He is a new REALTOR on our team and a licensed contractor, bringing almost ten years of contracting experience.
He loves to look at the possibilities of a new home and the potential for upgrades and modifications, aided by years of residential and commercial carpentry, including framing, foundation, drywall, flooring, siding, window/door installation, and post/beam construction.
He has taught snowboarding and skiing professionally from 2011 through 2019 at Mt. Ashland, Mt. Bachelor and Steamboat Springs, CO. Although he and his wife Molly enjoyed traveling to and living in various snow-sport communities around the west, they recently bought their first home in Medford. Molly is a nurse at Asante.
