Tenant screening is critical to the performance of your property - We provide a credit check, civil check, criminal check, employment verification, current and previous landlord verification and a personal reference check

Property showings 7 days a week

Lease/Rental agreements, written Move-in/Move-out inspections

Rent collections and deposits, late notices with late charges

Monthly cash disbursements to property owners, direct deposit available

Quarterly interior/exterior inspections with digital photos

Payment of utilities, gardener (if applicable) and maintenence bills out of owner's expense account

Prompt maintenence service - Obtain estimates and order repairs as needed using our reliable network of professionals

Tenant Placement Contract

For owners that only need our assistance in finding a qualified tenant and wish to handle all daily management services themselves

We'll provide all of the marketing and screening services as listed above in the basic contract, but we turn over the tenant to the owner after we place the tenant

$75 set-up fee, and then a one time $225 fee due when tenant is placed ($300 total)
